For grassroots, youth and non-league football clubs
Matchday graphics, ready before the fans leave.
Add your crest, colours and squad once. After that, every lineup, goal and full-time card comes out in your club’s look, sized for Instagram and X. No blank Canva page at ten to three on a Saturday.

One Saturday, six posts your fans expect.
Every club owes its followers the same matchday run. Fill in what happened on your phone, download the card, post it. Here is Riverside Athletic’s afternoon against Hollins Park.

Matchday
Opponent, competition, kick-off and ground. Out the night before.

Lineup
Starting XI and formation, straight from your squad list.

Goal
Scorer, assist, minute and score. Up while the ground is still loud.

Half-time
The score at the break, in the same look as everything else.

Full time
Result, scorers and man of the match, the moment the whistle goes.

Player of the match
A card of their own for the player everyone is talking about.
Also in the same look: substitutions, and your own announcements for training times, fixture changes and club news.
Set up once. Then it’s just the score.

Set up your club
Upload your crest, pick your colours, and add your squad with names and shirt numbers. Sponsors and fixtures can go in now or later.
- 02
Choose your look
A short design survey shows finished cards in your colours. Pick what feels like your club and it’s locked in for every card. Retake it whenever you rebrand.
- 03
Fill in the facts, download, post
Pick the card, choose the scorer or type the score, and download the image for Instagram or X. You post it yourself, so we never touch your accounts.
Eight looks. Pick one, keep it all season.
Each look covers every card you post, with a simpler version if you prefer less going on. Your crest and colours go in automatically, so your feed looks like one club, not five different templates.

Secretaries, coaches, parents and media volunteers at amateur, youth, women’s and lower-league clubs. You shouldn’t need design skills or an agency to make the club look good online.
It isn’t built for professional clubs with in-house media teams. It isn’t a fantasy app or a scheduling tool. It makes your matchday graphics, on time, every week.
- Your squad, stored once
- Names, shirt numbers and player photos, reused on every card. We can cut players out of busy photo backgrounds too.
- Sponsors in the right spot
- Add logos once and pick which sponsors appear on each card, in the place you chose.
- Fixtures and opponents
- Keep the season’s fixtures and opponent names in one place, or upload them from a spreadsheet.
- Ready to post
- Cards come out the right shape for Instagram posts and Stories, and for X.
- More than one team
- First team, women’s and youth sides under one club account, depending on your plan.
Priced per club, not per seat.
Pick a plan by how much you post. A card is one finished image. Downloading it again, trying looks in the design survey and retaking the survey don’t count.

What is Match Media?
Match Media is a web app that makes matchday graphics for sports clubs. You add your crest, colours and squad once, then create matchday, lineup, goal, half-time, full-time and player-of-the-match cards in your club’s look, ready to post on Instagram and X.
Who is it for?
Grassroots, youth, women’s and non-league clubs where one or two volunteers look after the social media accounts. It isn’t built for professional clubs with an in-house media team.
How is it different from a Canva football template?
A Canva template is a starting point you edit by hand every week. Match Media remembers your look, squad and sponsors, so you only enter what happened (the scorer, the minute, the score) and get a finished card in your colours. Every card matches the last one.
Do I need design skills?
No. The design survey shows finished cards in your colours and you pick the ones that feel like your club. After that, making a card is filling in a short form.
Will the cards fit Instagram and X?
Every card downloads ready for Instagram posts, Instagram Stories and X, so there’s no cropping or resizing before you post.
Does Match Media post to Instagram or X for me?
No. You download the image and post it yourself, so you stay in full control of your club’s accounts.
What counts as a card on my plan?
Each finished image you create counts once. Downloading it again, trying looks in the design survey and retaking the survey are free. Editing a card and creating it again counts as a new card.
Can we change our look during the season?
Yes. Retake the design survey whenever you like. New cards use the new look and cards you’ve already made stay as they were.
